Meet the Team
Michelle Forcier

Hi! I’m Michelle Forcier, founder of Coaching Kids 4 Success.
As a certified Wisdom™ Coach for children, I believe deeply in the power of mindset and the importance of empowering kids to build confidence, resilience, and self-belief. Every child deserves the tools to lead a happy and successful life.

As a wife and mother of two, my love and connection with children have shaped who I am today. Like all parents, I want my children—and all children—to grow up feeling confident, capable, and ready to face life’s challenges with strength and optimism. Now, more than ever, our kids need encouragement and guidance to thrive.
Every child is unique. Some just need a little support and direction to unlock their potential. My mission is to help children develop high self-confidence, strong decision-making, resilience, and healthy coping skills so they can navigate life with courage and clarity.
My Story

Before becoming a coach, I spent 22 years working as a Chemical Engineer in the pharmaceutical industry. Midway through my career, my company announced an unexpected site closure - a moment that forced me to adapt quickly. Instead of giving up, I took a chance and proposed working remotely, even though I had no idea how it would work at first.

Through positive self-talk, goal setting, and visualization, I found my footing and learned how to succeed in a new environment. Eventually, I led global teams virtually—while also spending more time with my children and teaching them the same mindset skills that helped me. That experience taught me the value of confidence, resilience, and adaptability—qualities I now strive to pass on to the next generation.
A New Calling

After many fulfilling years in my career, I felt called to make a greater impact. I became a Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA) for children in foster care—a role that opened my heart even more to the importance of supporting kids emotionally and helping them believe in themselves.

Following that passion, I became a Certified Wisdom™ Coach and launched Coaching Kids 4 Success, a program that helps children ages 6–14 strengthen their mindset through stories, interactive discussions, hands-on activities, and real-life applications.

It only takes "1" person to make a lasting difference in a child’s life.
Let’s work together to help our children believe in themselves, chase their dreams, and reach their fullest potential.

Hello! My name is Lisa Zieleniewski. I am a wife and mother of 4 daughters ranging between the ages of 17-22 years old.
I am a Michigan native, but I moved several times during my childhood to various states and then returned to Michigan. This experience helped me learn to manage change and it created the resilient person I am today.
After high school, I attended a local community college and later transferred to get a Bachelor’s Degree from Central Michigan University. My major is in Child Development and I have a minor in Business Management. Out of college, I started my career as a teacher in a hospital child care center.
As time passed, I was recruited to work in the customer service/sales industry. Before starting my family, I worked at a prominent cellular communications company. I moved through the ranks rapidly and became a National Account Manager. During my career there I met my husband and we had our first daughter. I decided to step back from my successful career and begin my wonderful and rewarding journey of becoming a full-time mom and wife. I know how it feels to make life changing decisions and make a new path for success and happiness. I had my next 3 daughters very close in age and they all have very distinct and amazingly fun personalities. I always encourage my children to be kind. Kindness goes a long way.
Throughout the years my girls have been in school, I have volunteered in their classrooms as a parent volunteer, and worked various part-time roles. My latest position as a middle school lunchroom supervisor has been my most fulfilling and rewarding position, but it also has its challenges. In this position I have learned that so many children need additional support in coping skills, self-confidence building, handling peer pressure situations, and help in other day to day situations. This is why I am so passionate about Coaching Kids 4 Success. I believe children need support to build powerful mindset skills in order to reach their fullest potential.
Lisa Zieleniewski
