Hi! My name is Michelle Forcier, founder of Coaching Kids 4 Success. I am a certified Wisdom (TM) Coach for children, who truly believes in the importance of empowering children through strong mindset development. Every child deserves to lead a happy and successful life!

As a devoted wife and mother of two children, I grew an impeccable love and bond for children. We, as parents, want our children to be become incredibly confident and resilient and handle life’s challenges with ease! Right now, more than ever, our children need to be empowered.

All children are unique and some may need a little guidance and a lifechanging boost towards the right path to success. I want children to have high self-confidence, good decision-making skills, resiliency, and healthy coping skills that will allow them to pursue their own successful journey in life. Indeed, life can be challenging at times and we may never know what curve ball life may throw at us. As such, it is all the more crucial that children develop strong mindset skills in order to tackle these hurdles successfully.

I understand how difficult it can be to manage life changes, maintain high self-confidence, and step out of comfort zones. Here’s my story:

I worked as a Chemical Engineer at a pharmaceutical company for 22 years. During my 11th year, there was an unexpected site closure. My company had no choice but to let go of its’ employees. During that time of uncertainty, I proposed to work remotely despite not having a single clue on how I was going to produce the same quality work from home. It took a lot of positive self-talk, measurable goal setting, and visualization for me to overcome my challenge. I finally figured out how to be a successful remote worker and even went on to manage global teams virtually. This was done while being able to spend additional time with my own children to help teach them powerful life skills.

In my pursuit, I was able to remain confident in myself. I did not lose sight of what was ahead of me and made critical decisions that benefited me. My story serves as a reminder that having self-confidence, resilience, and efficient coping skills are essential in life. These are the key aspects that I want to relay to our children; our future.

The most significant change in my life came when I made the decision to leave my rewarding career and pursue a new path.

Realizing how much I have always loved helping people, especially children, I became a volunteer as a Court Appointed Special Advocate for children in foster care. This role inspired me to support children on a day-to-day basis, which has taught me a lot about helping children and how to create meaningful connections with them.

By following my passion for children, I pursued and became a Certified Wisdom Coach. Coaching Kids 4 Success is all about empowering children ages 6-14 years old through effective mindset development. The program is based on the Wisdom System for Coaching Kids (TM), which utilizes a story-based coaching model, discussions, hands-on activities, and personal experiences to guide children in becoming the best versions of themselves.

It only takes “1” person to impact a child’s life. Let’s make it count so that our children can take their life, goals, and dreams wherever they want to go.

Hello! My name is Lisa Zieleniewski. I am a wife and mother of 4 daughters ranging between the ages of 12-17 years old.

I am a Michigan native, but I moved several times during my childhood to various states and then returned to Michigan. This experience helped me learn to manage change and it created the resilient person I am today.

After high school, I attended a local community college and later transferred to get a Bachelor’s Degree from Central Michigan University. My major is in Child Development and I have a minor in Business Management. Out of college, I started my career as a teacher in a hospital child care center.

As time passed, I was recruited to work in the customer service/sales industry. Before starting my family, I worked at a prominent cellular communications company. I moved through the ranks rapidly and became a National Account Manager. During my career there I met my husband and we had our first daughter. I decided to step back from my successful career and begin my wonderful and rewarding journey of becoming a full-time mom and wife. I know how it feels to make life changing decisions and make a new path for success and happiness. I had my next 3 daughters very close in age and they all have very distinct and amazingly fun personalities.  I always encourage my children to be kind. Kindness goes a long way.

Throughout the years my girls have been in school, I have volunteered in their classrooms as a parent volunteer, and worked various part-time roles. My latest position as a middle school lunchroom supervisor has been my most fulfilling and rewarding position, but it also has its challenges. In this position I have learned that so many children need additional support in coping skills, self-confidence building, handling peer pressure situations, and help in other day to day situations. This is why I am so passionate about Coaching Kids 4 Success. I believe children need support to build powerful mindset skills in order to reach their fullest potential.
