Coaching Programs & Workshops

Coaching Programs are based on the WISDOM System for Coaching Kids

Core Curriculum

The coaching programs take children on a journey towards mindset development and life skill lessons. Through coaching, core concept activities, and themed sessions, children learn how to further develop their mind for happiness, confidence, and success in life now and for the rest of their lives.

Coaching programs can be “packaged based on individual child needs or in small group sessions.” Children who join these programs learn deeper concepts of:

  • Self-Confidence

  • Self-Esteem & Positive Self-Talk

  • Resilience

  • Self-Leadership

  • Decision Making

  • Peer Pressure

  • Goal Setting & Visualization

Building Self Esteem

How children feel about themselves is one of the biggest influences on both their happiness and on

what they create in their lives. Positive self-esteem isn’t something kids either have or don’t have - feeling good about themselves, even when things aren’t going their way, is a skill that they can develop. With this coaching workshop we will show them how.

Our Workshops

Building Self Confidence

Whether or not children believe in themselves will shape who they are and what they create in their lives – do they go for it in life or do they sit on the sidelines? Powerful self-confidence isn’t something children either have or don’t have. Believing in themselves, even after they’ve experienced a disappointment, is a skill that they can develop!

Session 1 - Creating Self-Respect

Children often don’t understand the concept of self-confidence or why it’s important. We help children understand what self-confidence is and the impact of an “I can” belief system.

Session 2 - Understanding Belief Systems

We talk about how your mind shapes your world and what you can do to shape your mind.

Session 3 - Understanding Neural Pathways & Overcoming Fear
We help children learn three common thought patterns that create fear and a five-step process for moving through that fear and creating courage.

Session 4 - Choosing Self-Talk

We work on solidifying a positive self-concept by learning to develop positive self-talk.

Session 5 - Powershifting for Empowerment

When things don’t go their way, children often give up on themselves which devastates self-confidence.  We help children learn to powershift.

Session 6 - Self-Coaching

Kids learn how to handle the day-to-day ups and downs.

Building an Inner Compass

Peer pressure is one of the toughest challenges that children face while growing up. We help them develop 4 key values of self-leaders – self-responsibility, integrity, respect, and self-respect.

Session 1 -Self-Responsibility

Children learn that when they take 100% responsibility for their lives it gives them their ultimate power. We help children learn to be “the boss of me.”

Session 2 - Living a Life on Integrity

We talk about the value of integrity. Integrity means doing the right thing, even when no one else is looking. We help children learn about the power of integrity!

Session 3 - Choosing Respect

We focus on the value of respect. Children will learn that every time they are with someone, they leave a “mark” depending on how they treat them. They will learn the Golden Rule.

Session 4 - Creating Self-Respect

Children learn about the second half of the Golden Rule that is rarely discussed, and that’s self-respect. Having self-respect means giving yourself a “gold heart.” Choosing self-respect builds powerful self-esteem.

Session 5 - Making Good Decisions

Knowing what they believe about key issues can help children stand against peer pressure and stay focused on their goals. We practice using the “Four C’s of Decision Making.”

Session 6 - Standing Up to Peer Pressure

We help children to know what they stand for, choose what they want for themselves, and learn how to say “no” to peers and “yes” to themselves in life.

Building Dreams - How to Make Them Come True!

Children will learn that no one can make their dreams come true except for them. They will learn a three-step process for creating a life of their dreams. They create a vision for their lives, learn how to use goal setting to take action on their vision, and learn how to use the Law of Attraction tools of visualization, affirmations, and gratitude to “program” their mind for success.

Session 1 - Power of Possibility

Learning how to develop a belief system based on possibilities will help kids bust outside of their comfort zone, create courage, and go for it in!

Session 2 - Beating Conditional Thinking

Children often think that certain things must be in place before they can do something. They learn how to break through conditional thinking and go for their dreams.

Session 3 - Creating Your Vision

Children learn the importance of setting a vision for their lives, so they don’t drift through life.

Session 4 - Achieving Goals

We help children learn how to break their goals into tasks and how to track their progress using both a list method and a calendar method. Children learn that when they plan their goals, they plan their success.

Session 5 - Using the Power of Visualization

Children will learn all about the power of visualization. Visualization is a very powerful skill for helping children manage change, move through fear, and pick themselves up after facing a disappointment or failure.

Session 6 - Gratitude

We help children shift their energy from “wanting” to receiving by using learning about gratitude. Gratitude is a powerful tool for shifting your mood and creating happiness.
