We are thrilled to be able to offer Me Power Camp, a special collaboration between Coaching Kids 4 Success, Michelle Forcier & Lisa Zieleniewski and Brighton Light House, Anna Oginsky! 

Me Power Camp will integrate discussions, art journaling, and personal experiences to guide participants in discovering the power of their mind. Using the Wisdom System, a story-based coaching model and curriculum, children will learn the ways in which they are in charge of their own lives and happiness and learn to use self-talk to create soaring self-esteem.

Camp Day 1 - “Power of Your Mind”

Children will learn why they achieve what they believe. We help kids learn how to uncover negative beliefs and then shift them to supportive beliefs. They will learn how to wire their minds for happiness, confidence and success in life.

Camp Day 2 – “Self-Esteem & Self Talk”

Children will learn that self-esteem is a choice and it’s in their hands. It’s not something someone else can give to them. It comes from within. And, most importantly, they don’t have to be “the best” at something in order to have high self-esteem.

We will teach children the importance of self-talk and how it impacts their self-esteem. Using positive “supportive” self-talk is one of the most powerful skills for developing self-esteem.

Camp Day 3 - “Honoring Uniqueness”

Children will learn that honoring their own uniqueness and talents is one of the greatest gifts they can give themselves. We help children to understand that their gifts are not “better than” or “worse than” anyone else’s gifts. We need all kinds of people and all types of talents!

Each participant will receive their own Strathmore Mixed Media Art Journal. Throughout Me Power Camp, children will have the opportunity to go deeper into the lessons of the curriculum themes using art techniques and materials in their art journals.
